Pemergian Ayah Mertua
1. Pada jam 2.30pagi 20 Januari 2015, bapa mertua aku meninggal dunia.
2. Ayah aku dah lama sakit. Cuma sakitnya bertambah teruk selepas hari raya Aidiladha lalu.
3. Masa mula2 masuk hospital besar Kota Bharu, ayah masih boleh berkomunikasi seperti biasa. Cuma agak susah sikit aku nak paham. Anak2 beranak dia pun jenuh nak paham.
4. Kemudian, ayah kene serangan sawan, kejang dari paras pinggang hingga ke kaki.
5. Doktor terpaksa buat keputusan untuk bagi ubat pelali dan ubat tidur untuk kasi ayah rehat.
6. Semua organ berfungsi dalam keadaan baik. Tiada sebarang kegagalan hati, buah pinggang, jantung dan lain - lain.
7. Tekanan darah pun normal. Cuma kemasukan oksigen agak rendah. Jadi doktor letak alat bantuan pernafasan. Tapi ayah tak suka. Dia rimas. Aku paham.. memang rimas pakai alat tu.
8. Cuma, selepas dimasukkan ke ICU selepas buat pembedahan buang nanah dibahagian belakang badan, ayah koma. (Bahasa mudah aku sebab ayah tak bangun2).
9. Kadang- kadang je ader pergerakan pada tangan. Kadang- kadang buka mata. Tapi tak lama.
10. Dalam keluarga mertua aku, tidak ada kes - kes macam ni. Jadi, ipar-ipar aku agak susah nak terima kenyataan.
11. Semua menangis sebelum ayah dikafankan. Kecuali aku dengan sorang lagi abg ipar aku. Memang saja aku tahan. Sebak weyyy. Tapi aku tahan. kalau aku nangis... memang sah tak boleh berhenti.
12. Aku ingat masa ayah sihat, aku ngan dia lepak kat beranda atas umah. Dia cerita, pernah bawak kain baju untuk dijual sampai ke Pulau Pinang. (Keluarga mertua aku dari Kemboja. Bini aku je lahir kat Kelantan).
13. Pernah kena tahan dengan polis sebab lebih muatan. Tapi polis tak saman pun. Ayah aku kata polis muda tu nasihat jangan buat macam ni (bawa muatan lebih) sebab bahaya.
14. Kat atas beranda tu juga dia pernah pesan, dalam Islam ada banyak hukum hakam. Maksud ayah aku.. jangan jadi jumud. Asalkan berpaksikan kepada AlQuran dan Hadis Sahih.
15. Dia juga bercerita yang rumah yang dia buat ni, kayu daripada jenis kayu berlian (atau belian). Masa tu harganya RM2000. Tahun 70an rasanya.
16. Dia cerita, tiap kali banjir memang seronok. Semua turun main air. Yang tak main air akan lepak atas beranda rumah masing - masing. Banjir dulu mana ada air keruh macam sekarang.
17. Kalau aku rindu dan teringatkan dia... anak - anak dia apatah lagi...
18. Anak buah aku kata, masa ayah aku meninggal, ader air mata keluar.
19. Aku juga akan menyusul suatu hari nanti. Moga kita semua pergi dalam Husnul Khotimah Amiin.

1. It is Saturday, supposed to be a weekend, but I am at my office!!!
2. I hate working on a weekend, arrgghhhhhh!!!!!!!
3. Nevermind that. Just want to share my leg training yesterday. Due to limited time, I only have 1 hour for my leg training. So everything needs to be short but precise ( am I using the correct words?)

As usual.. Warm Up hehe

( started to feel pain somewhere at back. Bad posture perhaps. Need to stop.)

(the pain at my back are getting more... realistic??? haha .. stop now)

Ok. That's it. It is best to do cardio before we start but since I got only 1 hour, have to skip that part.
My Gym Training
1. I started my gym since 2008.
2. Trained by my friend, every Monday to Friday.
3. Just a gym rakyat at Bandar Tun Razak. It was next to Badminton Stadium, which is also nearby the DBKL swimming pool.
4. 99% of the gym dudes over there are friendly. Feel like family.
5. Somehow, it is hard to maintain discipline due to outstations and some stupid working environment in my office which in turns, affect my mood. I hate that!!!.
6. Suddenly the gym was closed due to fire. Hahahahahah.
7. And I joined Fitness First at Menara MBF.. then Celebrity Fitness Wangsa Walk then Muscular Gym at Rampai Business Court.
8. Well, enough of my introductions to my gym history. Just want to share my training. I do weight lifting almost every day. Well, not really every day since our muscle needs to rest. But never keep track of my training regime.
9. On Monday 13, 2015 I trained my chest and triceps.
10. Off on Tuesday.
11. On Wednesday 15,2015, I trained my Back Muscle.
Warm Up

Deadlift
30kg 15 reps
50kg 12 reps
70kg 6 reps

Low Row (Hammer Machine)
40kg 12 reps

Biceps Curl 12 reps 12kg ( can't really remember. Forgot to write it down)
Honestly, I can't really go any further since i lift too heavy. I never did this before. Probably after one of my dear friend in Kuantan said, " I do deadlift 50kg each side... total 100kg. 15kg each side, total 30kg merely are warm up to me". And I said to him, "what????? damn you Zaim". And yet he's complaining about his backache hahahha.. padan mukerr.. wakakakakaka.
12. On Thursday 16, 2015, I trained my shoulder
Warm Up

Hammer Machine (front Shoulder)
20kg 20 reps
30kg 15 reps
50kg 12 reps
70kg 8 reps (almost failed at 7)
Hammer Machine (Behind the neck)
20kg 18 reps
30kg 15 reps
50kg 8 reps
(failed to do 4 sets. I am so weak at this part)
Upright Barbell Row
20kg 12 reps 3 times
Barbell Row Smith machine - backward (not really sure the name of this training)
30kg 15 reps
50kg 12 reps
60kg 12 reps
70kg 10 reps
Low Pulley Raise
11.5kg (each side) 10 reps 3 times
Abs
Cable Crunch
30 reps 5 times (keep increasing the weight)
13. There is one exercise which lack from my routine, CARDIO. Need to do cardio exercise after my weight training.
14. Ok, it is already 5pm and I need to head home :)...

1. Oh dear, it is already 2015!!!!!
2. The last updated 2nd August 2015. the worst part is.. I forgot my own blog names haha.
3. Since 2nd August until now, a lot.. a lot of things happened, around me and definitely on me.. of course.. the bad the worst .. and some of the good things.
4. I have been to Jogjakarta (should I upload it?) on February 2014. I booked the air ticket since July 2013. Air Asia of course.. I am not that filthy rich person for MAS haha...
5. the trip went well except that I can't really enjoy Borobudur. 90% of that Candi were closed due to ashes from last eruptions of Mount Merapi... arrgghhhhhhh!!!!!!!
6. same case with Candi Prambanan...
7. But, I had a good journey to Solo.. enjoying Candi Sukuh... apart from the superb view and outstanding scenario I still enjoyed A FULL BAR 3G SERVICE from local TELCO in Indonesia.
8. I never set a goal for every new year.. except on 2008. In 2008, i have set a target to acquire a new home for my family and.. thank GOD I have made it somewhere in August 2008... (again.. August..what's with the August???)
9. Well for 2015, I have made up my mind. I want to loose my belly fat, stay fit and muscular. Pretty tough since I have accumulated all the unwanted fat in my so called body haha.
I will share some of my weight lifting training. Just to keep track and monitoring... until then.. I will enjoy my life to the fullest!!!!
